Dark poet E.J. Stevens, author of the haunting new release From the Shadows, became a post-pal of mine on an Amazon thread geared for paranormal romance writers and readers. I mentioned that the new price of Bitter Things on Kindle dropped from $24.99 to the much more palatable $9.99. It was a long, hard road -- a Cormac McCarthy kind of Road -- but my publisher Anita pulled through.
